Park staff keep the sites immaculate! Our site was raked every day, and trash picked up promptly. Nice lake with lots of bird, turtles and fish. Park is close to all attractions in St. Augustine, and staff are helpful with information regarding the area.

Campground roads are very narrow and it was hard to exit pull through sites in a big rig. Also, campground is infested with sand gnats that leave bites much worse than mosquitoes! Staff are indifferent to insect problem, and don't bother to inform campers that they have a sand gnat problem. Easy to prevent bites by using insect repellent, but since sand gnats are too small to see, the staff should alert visitors so they can protect themselves!!!

It is a nice campground, but most sites were very flooded when we arrived, and were worse after an all-night rain storm went through the area. There is no drainage at any sites, so water was standing approximately 2 to 5 inches deep everywhere! The roads were uneven, so deep pools formed, making it impossible to take walks through the park. I would recommend this park again, but only during dry weather. The staff are not very friendly, but very efficient.

This is a fantastic campground with the best owner/operators we've ever encountered. The facility is immaculate, with beautifully maintained sites. It is a quiet park, away from the crowds of Gatlinburg, but close enough to drive: easily within 10 minutes. Absolutely beautiful fall colors in October, and the owners decorate the park nicely for the season. On one rainy day of our stay, the owner conducted an Asian food cooking class and made sure everyone received tons of samples! She and her husband, go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable, and made us feel like family! They gave us valuable information about activities in the area, as well as helpful directions to "secret" non-tourist sights. We will definitely return to this park the next time we visit Gatlinburg, TN.

Very clean and nice park in a good location to most area activities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sites in rear portion of park border a residential area, and are very quiet. Sites in front of park are on busy roadway and very noisy. Very large and clean laundry area with reasonable rates! Sites could be a little more level, but were well kept.
